Hi Friends!
I realize that I still have a post to make about bibs and blankets, but I’m finding it to be a little more complex than I previous l thought. But until then:
HONEY SOY PORK TENDERLOIN WITH APPLES & ONIONS
What you need/ what I used:
- 5 quart slow cooker ( because I sometimes cook while I am at work)
- A Frying pan
- Half of your package of pork tenderloin
- 3/4 – 1.5 cups of soy, depending on how big you pork is.
- 4 TBL sp of honey
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of brown sugar
- 1- 2 gala apples
- 1 small yellow onion
- sriracha hot sauce
S1: Cut the tenderloin into 1.5 in slices
S2: Sear tenderloin in frying pan
- once it is white on the outside move the meat to the slow cooker
S3: Proceed to coat meat with 1/2 cup of soy and 2 table spoons of honey
S4: Chop onion and apples
S5: place apples & onion in pot coat with 1/2 cup of soy sauce and 2 able spoons of honey then sprinkle with pinch of salt and brown sugar. drissle a bit of sriracha hot sauce.
S: Put lid on and let cook for 4 – 6 hours this is depending upon on how pull apart you want the pork to be. If you have cats that like to be mischievous while you are not home and don’t have a locking function on you crock pot, use a ribbon to tie it off
The were disappointed that their food ad been moved!
Wen i got home I served the Pork over rice. My boyfriend was pleased with the result.
I’m eating the left overs in a peta as we speak!
